How can you help my business with outage protection?
- If for any unforeseeable reason, your primary internet connection goes down, a secondary internet connection will be automatically activated as a backup. This feature is called Auto Redundancy which you can get with both Carnival Empower and Carnival Aspire to keep your business up and running.
If I get the Carnival Aspire subscription for my business, can I upgrade it to Carnival Empower before the expiry date of my subscription?
- Both Carnival Empower and Carnival Aspire packages have mandatory one year subscription, however, in case, you want to upgrade from Carnival Aspire to Carnival Empower, you can contact our customer service for details.
Will I need to pay extra for the benefits you are offering with these packages?
- Of course, not. You just pay for the internet and all the other additional benefits are complimentary. We always go above and beyond to give the best deals to our valued customers.
What is the process of availing all the benefits?
